Offenders account of what happened: I was at a barn dance a fella came onto me and started to act up i wasn't taking any of it, he had a knife on me so i picked up a shovel which was laying on the floor smashed his head plum to a squash, fella was dead, deserved everything he got. God damn fool, who does he think he is to do that to me.
